Ray Allen Leads Fourth-Quarter Comeback Win
C's Win In Rondo's Return
Ray Allen battled foul trouble all night, but his heroics were on full display when he scored nine of his 14 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Celtics to a 91-89 win over the Knicks Friday night at TD Garden.
Paul Pierce led all scorers with 30 points and Kevin Garnett added a team-high eight rebounds, including his 10,000th career defensive board. Rajon Rondo scored seven points and dished out seven assists in his return from a wrist injury.
